We recently created a branding strategy for Heard Constructions! As they are a new business we needed to start from scratch. We created a logo, branding guidelines, business cards, email signature and social media banner. Being a construction business the client wanted to have a professional and masculine feel to all of the branding, they wanted the logo to represent a construction business without having big images of tools or icons that were very common in logos that we had seen during the research phase. We went with this design for the logo because it is simple, easy to understand and aesthetically pleasing as the logo is perfectly aligned.
The client gave us the colour palette of grey, white and blue but we played around with different shade ranges until we found the perfect fit for the client. We encourage our clients to think about all their needs rather than just settling with one designed element as a cohesive brand makes a world of difference when you want to be seen as a professional.
